After the great success of this June’s Pool Party for the Puttinu children, this Christmas we came up with the idea of surprising kids in three different Homes around Malta with presents and the name of this event was ‘EuroBridge delivers JOY’. The homes chosen were Angela House – Gwardamangia, St. Rita Home – Tarxien and Ursuline Creche Sisters – Sliema and the deliveries took place on 27th December in the evening.
‘EuroBridge delivers JOY’ was the brainchild of our own Sarah Azzopardi but the whole team took it to heart and we all worked very hard to make sure that this event succeeds as we believe that when you do good, good will be done to you. We feel blessed and privileged with this amazing experience and we truly believe that these kids now have a very special place in our hearts. One of the best things in life is when you see a genuine smile on someone’s face and knowing that you put it there is what makes you feel even better. It took months of preparation but the response we managed to obtain from several sponsors was unbelievable, in fact we can say that it gave us a lot of energy and motivation to keep on going. We would like to take this opportunity to thank them all for their contribution.
