At EuroBridge, a significant part of our success is attributed to the efficiency and dedication of our administrative team. To uphold and enhance this standard, we are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Administrative Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring records are entered and kept accurately and up to date across all company databases.
- Managing scanning, filing, and document organization.
- Conducting and coordinating NSO surveys.
- Supporting and managing internal training programs.
- Overseeing administration on Facebook and WhatsApp platforms.
- Handling onboarding and offboarding administration for employees.
- Managing health and safety-related tasks, including compliance tracking and audits.
- Maintaining and ordering inventory (e.g., IT equipment, uniforms, stationery and cleaning supplies).
- Scheduling and documenting certifications for company assets (e.g., lifts, vehicles, gates).
- Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Previous experience will be considered as asset.
- Clean vehicle licence
