Sales Team Manager

Sales Team Manager

At EuroBridge, our success is driven by dedication and efficiency of our people. We’re looking for a Full Time Sales Team Manager – someone proactive and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment in the Logistics Industry.

Duties will include:

  • Handle data input and ensure system accuracy
  • Support , Lead and Coach the Team as required.
  • Oversee commercial logistics planning, scheduling and execution.
  • Maintain excellent business professional relationships with clients.
  • Corresponding with clients & stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records on company’s databases
  • Collaborate with teams across departments for smooth operations
  • Assist management with daily operations
  • Ensuring company standards are met to ensure a smooth service to our clients.
  • Issuing of quotes to clients and upselling of services

Customs Clearance Executive

EuroBridge is growing rapidly and needs more hands-on deck.

We are looking to recruit a Customs Clearance Executive to join our team on a full-time/Part-time or reduced basis. If you are an organised person, meticulous, enthusiastic, and able to work in a team environment we want to hear from you!

Duties will include:

  • Preparation and processing of customs documentation for import and export shipments.
  • Processing declarations in the Malta Customs online system (CES)
  • Liaising with clients and agents and ensuring a high level of customer service
  • Coordinating internally to ensure prompt delivery of shipments
  • Miscellaneous administrative work, such as handling of customer queries, filing and other daily tasks.
  • Intrastat Inputting.
  • Issuing Invoices.

Who are we looking for?

  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Maltese
  • O’ Level standard of education at minimum
  • Computer literacy including Excel and Microsoft
  • Experience and skill in dealing with clients
  • Telephone handling skills and experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and able to keep up with deadlines

Previous experience in the shipping industry, particularly involvement with Customs, will be considered an asset. An attractive remuneration package and friendly working atmosphere will be offered to the successful applicant.

Truck Driver

We have an exciting opportunity for Driver with Type C and C1, to join our high-performing team in Malta.

Duties will include:

  • Successfully delivering goods to the clients and collecting money
  • Help with the loading and unloading of goods with a fork lifter.
  • Planning and organising of deliveries when needed
  • Assist the company’s management with the company’s requirements.

Who are we looking for?

  • A clean Type C and C1 driving license.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office proficiently.
  • A clean police conduct.
  • Certification for operating forklifts, ADR vehicles, and trucks is mandatory.
  • Can communicate in Maltese and/or English.
  • Fit for work Health Certificate.
  • Excellent Customer Care.

Applicants currently residing in Malta and do not need relocation permits will be considered an asset
