Administrative Executive

At EuroBridge, a significant part of our success is attributed to the efficiency and dedication of our administrative team. To uphold and enhance this standard, we are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Administrative Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring records are entered and kept accurately and up to date across all company databases.
  • Managing scanning, filing, and document organization.
  • Conducting and coordinating NSO surveys.
  • Supporting and managing internal training programs.
  • Overseeing administration on Facebook and WhatsApp platforms.
  • Handling onboarding and offboarding administration for employees.
  • Managing health and safety-related tasks, including compliance tracking and audits.
  • Maintaining and ordering inventory (e.g., IT equipment, uniforms, stationery and cleaning supplies).
  • Scheduling and documenting certifications for company assets (e.g., lifts, vehicles, gates).
  • Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Previous experience will be considered as asset.
  • Clean vehicle licence

Accounts Clerk

At EuroBridge, we owe a good part of our success to the efficiency of our Accounts Department. To help maintain and grow this standard, we’re seeking an Accounts Clerk to report to and assist the Accounts Team Leader in handling parts of the daily activities of the Accounts Department. The ideal candidate, must have strong communication skills, be an organized person, meticulous and assertive.

Duties may include:

  • Verifying purchase invoices and allocating shipments.
  • Reconciling suppliers’ statements and preparing payments.
  • Accurately posting of client receipts and preparing bank deposits
  • Monitoring receipts and chasing overdue amounts
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Carrying out any ancillary duties that may arise.
  • Assist the company’s managers with the company’s requirements.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate must be reliable, trustworthy and must possess ‘O’ Level qualification in accounting or equivalent.

  • Previous experience within an Accounts department will be considered an asset though not essential.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English is a must.

Warehouse Administrator

At EuroBridge Shipping Services Limited we have a vacancy in the EuroBridge Warehouse Department with a focus on assisting Warehouse Management in the running of EuroBridge stores.

Duties will include:

  • Assisting in the tallying of trailers
  • List any anomalies and communicate internally so to solve them promptly
  • Take measurements and photos of cargo when necessary and input/upload data on BeOne/Logistics Software
  • Taking care of all groupage export logistics including tasks like labelling, measuring etc.
  • Preparing and issuing of invoices for long-term storage and/or rent and any documentation 
  • Managing logistics (sound machine)
  • Health and Safety
  • General Warehouse Upkeeping
  • Assisting the Warehouse Manager where needed

Who are we looking for?

  • Stocktaking
  • Documentation
  • Health and Safety measures.
  • To assist the Warehouse Manager in all the operational duties & administration including emails, not limited to any other help that may arise within the warehouse administration office.
  • Updating clients and answering phone calls 
  • Assisting the Warehouse Manager

Our Offices

Our brand new offices in Qormi are a shining example of our growth throughout the years; as our business grew, so did staff numbers, and we outgrew our first offices.

The new offices combine warehouse space within the same building, offering a further improved flow of our operations.

Centrally located and including multiple meetings rooms, full kitchen and an office kitchenette, luxurious break and lounge areas with table soccer and TV,  various terraces and comfortable work stations, our office is truly the heart of our business.

Events

Life at EuroBridge is rarely the same from one day to the next; not only is our work fast paced and dynamic, thanks to our own EEC (EuroBridge Events Committee), we also organise regular events for our staff, ranging from CSR events, to team building activities and straight up just fun events for everyone in the team.
