Customs Clearance Executive (Full Time)

EuroBridge is growing rapidly and needs more hands on deck. We are looking to recruit a Customs Clearance Executive to join our team on a full time basis.

If you are organised, driven to succeed, work well in a team, and have an appealing personality, we want to hear from you!

The role of Customs Clearance Clerk involves;

• Preparation and processing of customs documentation for import and export shipments
• Processing declarations in the Malta Customs online system (CES)
• Liaising with clients and agents and ensuring a high level of customer service
• Coordinating internally to ensure prompt delivery of shipments
• Miscellaneous administrative work, such as handling of customer queries, filing and other daily tasks


• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Maltese. Proficiency in Italian will be considered an advantage
• O’ Level standard of education at minimum
• Computer literacy including Excel and email
• Experience and skill in dealing with clients
• Telephone handling skill and experience
• Ability to work under pressure, to deadline, and on one’s own initiative

Accounts Executive (Full Time)

We are currently looking for a full time Accounts Executive.

The position calls for a reliable and trustworthy person, who is meticulous and well organised. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Maltese is a must. The person needs to also have strong communication skills, be outgoing and polite yet assertive.


– Reconcile statements and issue payments
– Locate and contact debtors to inquire about their payment status
– Issuing receipts and preparing deposits
– Handle questions or complaints
– Investigate and resolve discrepancies
– Ancillary duties that may arise
